With our Holiday Safeguard Scheme, there is so much more flexability to amend to any available holiday of the same type at the same holiday park in the same year. You may even receive a refund if you switch to a lower cost holiday. You can do so up to 14 days before your holiday through My Account.
Without our Holiday Safeguard Scheme, you can amend to any available holiday of the same type at the same holiday park in the same year up to 56 days before your holiday through My Account.
Please note that it is not possible to move your holiday to a later holiday year. You can view our cancellation & amendment policy here.
