Can I make changes to my booked activity?
Yes, as long as your activity is more than 48 hours away, you can make amendments through My Account.
Will I receive a credit if I cancel?
If you submit a cancellation request through My Account more than 48 hours before your scheduled activity, you will receive a credit to use on a future activity. However, any cancellations received within 48 hours will not hold any credit entitlement.
Please note that to keep your activity account active, at least one booking must remain. If you wish to cancel all activities, please email goodtimes@woolacombe.com.
