Can I make changes to my booked activity?
Yes, as long as your activity is more than 24 hours away, you can make amendments through My Account.
Will I receive a refund?
If you submit a cancellation request through My Account more than 24 hours before your scheduled activity, you will receive a full refund automatically in the same manner in which you made the payment. However, any cancellations received within 24 hours will not hold any refund entitlement.
